About This Role
- Develop and enhance cutting-edge platforms for Access, Aggregation, Metro, and Mobile Backhaul with JunOS or Junos EVO software architecture.
- Collaborate closely with product management, system, and solution test teams to ensure high-quality product and solution delivery.
- Provide engineering assistance by working with Juniper Technical Assistance Team on critical customer escalations during deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8 to 15 years of experience preferably in a router/switch company.
- Strong knowledge of Router/Switch architecture, L3 Forwarding, MPLS/L3VPN, L2VPN, EVPN, SR-MPLS, SRv6, or GRE.
- Onsite work expected primarily from HPE office in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in design and development of forwarding software for network processor-based products.
- Prior exposure to Broadcom ASICs like Qumran/Jericho is highly desirable.
- Capable of troubleshooting complex network deployments and skilled in core file analysis and debugging.
