About This Role
- Develop next-generation access and aggregation network platforms focusing on L3/MPLS forwarding within JunOS or Junos EVO software architectures.
- Collaborate with product management, system teams, and solution testing to ensure high-quality product and solution delivery.
- Provide engineering support and collaborate with Juniper Technical Assistance Team for critical customer escalations in deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 8-15 years of experience, preferably with a router/switch company.
- Experience in L3 forwarding, MPLS/L3VPN, L2VPN, EVPN, SR-MPLS, SRv6, or GRE domains.
- Mandatory onsite work from an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding of router/switch architecture and forwarding software design and development.
- Hands-on experience with Broadcom ASICs such as Qumran or Jericho is highly desirable.
- Strong coding and debugging skills including core file analysis; experience troubleshooting complex network deployments.
