About This Role
- Lead and oversee technical accounting processes including financial statement preparation, ledger management, and month/year-end closes.
- Manage direct taxation compliance and collaboration with external tax consultants for multiple countries, including transfer pricing documentation.
- Maintain risk and control frameworks and drive process improvements focused on automation and digitisation.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification required (Chartered Accountant / ACCA / CMA or equivalent).
- 5 to 15 years of post-qualification experience in senior accounting or financial controller roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and control mechanisms.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, Oracle Financials) and advanced Excel skills.

- Experienced in managing multi-functional accounting and taxation teams in a complex organizational setup.
