About This Role
- Own end-to-end responsibility for accurate and timely submission of consolidated financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Equity Changes as per accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines and accurate related party transaction schedules for consolidation.
- Lead process improvements to reduce Turn-Around-Time (TAT) of financial consolidation and support external audit queries for consolidation-related issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Financial Consolidation, preferably in the same or similar industry.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA ERP system is required.
- Knowledge of financial accounting standards (local and global) and accounting principles mandatory.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end financial consolidation and statutory reporting with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in leveraging ERP systems like SAP S4 HANA and financial consolidation tools to improve process efficiency.
