About This Role
- Support procurement transformation initiatives by managing project deliverables, facilitating scrum meetings, and tracking actions.
- Work closely with project leads on project delivery, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Translate business requirements into actionable items for technical teams to support product enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Procurement Transformation projects as a Business Analyst or PMO.
- Proven expertise in procurement processes: Source-to-Full Time (S2C), Order-to-Receipt (O2R), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P).
- Experience working in Agile environments with program governance and stakeholder management.
- Work location requirement: Hybrid role based in Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-projects and multi-workstreams within procurement transformation programs.
- Capable of data analysis, reporting, and preparing management-level presentations using tools like MS Visio, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and able to drive collaboration and influence at strategic and operational levels.
