About This Role
- Implement and manage procurement channels such as catalogues, guided buying, and self-service tools to enable efficient and compliant purchasing.
- Maintain and update procurement channel content including catalogues and price lists ensuring accuracy and alignment with procurement policies.
- Develop training materials for internal users and track channel performance, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, covering indirect and direct categories.
- Experience managing procurement catalogues, price lists, and related content.
- Working knowledge of procurement tools such as SAP, Ivalua, and Coupa.
- Experience in aerospace, defence, or complex manufacturing industries with understanding of relevant procurement policies and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement operations within aerospace, defence, or complex manufacturing environments demonstrating understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
- Skilled in user training and adoption strategies for procurement channels, capable of influencing stakeholders effectively.
- Operationally focused on continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance procurement processes and service quality.
