About This Role
- Design, build, and manage scalable, secure AWS architectures including AWS landing zones for multi-account environments.
- Lead cloud migration projects, including assessment, strategy, execution, and modernization of VMware workloads to AWS.
- Automate deployment and management using Infrastructure-as-Code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible) and optimize AWS environments for cost, performance, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience as a solutions expert or similar role, with at least 8+ years hands-on AWS experience.
- Proficiency with AWS core services (VPC, EC2, IAM, Lambda, S3, RDS), Infrastructure-as-Code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible), and AWS security tools (IAM, Organizations, Control Tower, GuardDuty).
- Experience designing AWS landing zones and executing cloud migration projects using AWS Migration Hub and Server Migration Service.
- Willingness and ability to work night shift (9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST) supporting Japan cloud operations.

- Experienced in hybrid cloud environments, VMware modernization, and multi-account AWS architectures.
- Strong skills in DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS native scripting with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Capable of managing client relationships to define cloud project scope and deliver successful migration and infrastructure solutions.
