Experience working with cloud/hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, VMware), and knowledge of ITIL processes related to incident and event management.
Experienced individual contributor with strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills to optimize monitoring systems in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments.
Deep familiarity with integration of observability platforms to drive measurable improvements in alert quality, operational reporting, and automation-driven efficiencies.
Comfortable leading monitoring platform enhancements through collaboration with cross-functional teams in financial services or similarly complex sectors.
