About This Role
- End-to-end management of US payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Lead payroll data validation, reconciliations, audits, issue resolution, and collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Tax, and payroll vendors.
- Drive process improvements, support system enhancements (Workday, Oracle OTL), and uphold payroll controls and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 6-8+ years payroll experience including US or multi-country payroll operations.
- Experience leading teams or managing payroll service delivery operations.
- Proficiency with payroll systems such as Workday, Oracle, ADP GlobalView, CloudPay and advanced Excel skills.
