Experienced in technical business analysis within banking or financial services technology, specifically in cards and payments solution support and VisionPLUS ecosystems.
Skilled in producing precise and traceable functional documentation, conducting impact and gap analysis, with hands-on SQL data analysis and understanding of payment system integrations.
