About This Role
- Own end-to-end business analysis for VisionPLUS applications and related payment systems, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
- Coordinate cross-team delivery activities such as UAT planning, defect triage, solution support, and production incident management to ensure timely and quality enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Analyze and translate business needs into clear, testable functional requirements impacting cards and payments domain systems, while ensuring compliance with security and data standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience with hands-on VisionPLUS application expertise (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMX, or related modules).
- Strong domain experience in credit card and payments business processes, systems, and data.
- Proficient working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and investigation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analysis, Engineering, or related field; experience in Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex requirements and coordinate delivery activities across business, development, testing, and production support teams in a structured SDLC/Agile environment.
- Experienced in technical business analysis within banking or financial services technology, specifically in cards and payments solution support and VisionPLUS ecosystems.
- Skilled in producing precise and traceable functional documentation, conducting impact and gap analysis, with hands-on SQL data analysis and understanding of payment system integrations.
