About This Role
- Own troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across Systems, Network, and Power/Mechanical layers in AWS Data Centers.
- Manage and prioritize trouble tickets to maintain system reliability and ensure 24x7 on-call support during shift rotations.
- Participate in installation, configuration, and physical maintenance (replacement of parts, cabling) of data center hardware and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of computer networking experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Linux operating systems experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years of computer networking experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in data center environments involving hardware installation, cable management, and hot/cold aisle containment.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams (network, systems, software engineers) and external vendors during incident response.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing priorities via ticketing systems effectively.
