About This Role
- Lead and manage the BlackLine System Administrator team, including task allocation, mentoring, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain, configure, and administer the BlackLine SaaS platform aligning with business requirements, including system settings, user permissions, master data, workflows, and security compliance.
- Develop management reports and KPIs on reconciliation status and process efficiency; deliver BlackLine training and technical support; collaborate with senior stakeholders across finance and control teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance and technologies such as BlackLine, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with BlackLine system administration and SAP FI-CO modules preferred.
- Work mode: Hybrid in Pune location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring a system administrator team within finance technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and operational controls with hands-on expertise in BlackLine and SAP FI-CO platforms.
- Effective in stakeholder management across organizational levels and geographies, with capability to improve process efficiency and compliance.
