About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of full-stack features including frontend, backend services, APIs, database schema changes, and UX flows.
- Design, build, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices with REST APIs and frontend applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Leverage GenAI tools daily to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, documentation, write strong AI prompts, validate AI outputs, and prototype AI-assisted workflows with Python.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack web application delivery.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: React, TypeScript/JavaScript, modern build tooling, and testing.
- Proficiency in backend technologies: Java, Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, authentication/session flows.
- Familiarity with Python scripting for automation, SQL fundamentals, Docker/containers, CI/CD, cloud troubleshooting, and security practices including AuthN/AuthZ, secret handling, input validation, and dependency risk control.

- Operates with high ownership, capable of driving ambiguous complex work to completion with a root-cause debugging approach avoiding superficial fixes.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with product, QA, SRE, security, and architecture teams, and supports team improvement through mentoring and code reviews.
- Experienced with integrating GenAI capabilities into daily engineering workflows, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted development processes.
