About This Role
- Lead and manage the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, focusing on growing a high-performing team and mentoring engineers.
- Drive organizational adoption of SRE principles, establish reliability standards, and enforce best practices for incident, problem, change, and disaster recovery management.
- Own delivery of SRE projects meeting SLAs/KPIs, reduce operational toil, enhance system availability, and report metrics to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams in a global environment.
- Experience required includes building/scaling infrastructure, deep understanding of SRE methodologies, and working with large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms.
