About This Role
- Develop complex solutions as part of the Edge platform team, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code primarily using Go.
- Perform code reviews and participate in design activities to maintain software quality and alignment with requirements.
- Collaborate closely with QA and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable applications involving containerization and cloud technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of software development experience.
- Degree in a numerate discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- Strong proficiency in Go programming language and multi-threaded application development.
- Experience with Linux OS, Git version control, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and exposure to cloud platforms (ideally Google Cloud Platform).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer skilled in building high-performance, concurrent applications using Go within an agile environment.
- Comfortable designing and reviewing software with strong adherence to SOLID principles and clean coding standards.
- Familiar with cloud-native technologies, container orchestration, and Linux internals, suited for a product-focused, platform team environment.
