About This Role
- Own rapid response and resolution of critical service outages affecting consumers.
- Develop and implement automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation solutions to maintain high availability and prevent service interruptions.
- Conduct root cause analysis of severe outages and drive architecture and operational improvements to mitigate future risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM major (required globally).
- For USA roles: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with scripting or software development in languages such as Ruby, Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or .NET.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure), network protocols, operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows), and automation/configuration management tools (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt).
