10+ years of experience in data integration, analytics support, or related fields; minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in Advanced SQL, ETL, Python support, and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong knowledge of US healthcare data, value-based care models, regulatory requirements, and fundamental ITIL expertise.
