About This Role
- Architect, develop, and evolve end-to-end features across backend Java/Spring Boot services and frontend admin/user portals.
- Own technical domains end-to-end, building enterprise-grade workflows, APIs, and data services powering travel program management at scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and drive long-term technical vision while mentoring peers and promoting best practices in testing and operational reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of software development experience, preferably in SaaS or consumer web applications.
- Strong backend expertise with deep hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Frontend development experience (4+ years) with React, Angular, or Vue, plus TypeScript proficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experienced in designing scalable microservices and distributed systems on cloud platforms like AWS.
- Ability to take full ownership of complex technical domains, balancing backend complexity with intuitive user interfaces.
