About This Role
- Own the integrated programme management for Jira & Confluence Cloud migration, including planning, risk governance, and reporting across all migration phases from foundation through stabilization.
- Coordinate cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies, ensuring alignment between migration engineering, integration, change management, and training workstreams against one unified plan in Jira/Confluence.
- Manage programme governance activities such as status cadence, steering inputs, escalation, and deliver executive-grade progress, risk, and adoption reporting to programme leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in technology programme/project management including at least one enterprise-scale platform migration or SaaS transformation programme (5,000+ users or multi-business-unit scope).
- Strong working knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence) as delivery tool and migration subject.
- Experience running wave/release-based programmes with entry/exit criteria, cutover planning, and hypercare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders; ability to work India hours with reliable daily US Eastern overlap.

- Experienced in managing complex, multi-vendor, large-scale SaaS migration programmes with formal governance and RAID discipline.
- Proficient in integrating technical and organizational change management workstreams in a cross-functional delivery environment.
