Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid); PMP, PgMP, Agile certification preferred; ability to interpret legislation, regulations, and local policies.
Experienced in leading cross-functional transformation projects in complex and regulated environments, ideally CRO or biotech.
Strong strategic orientation with proven ability to execute, improve processes, and manage risks and cross-team dependencies.
Skilled in stakeholder management, communication across organizational levels, and driving adoption of new systems and operational changes.
