About This Role
- Lead and deliver transformation initiatives across the CRO, ensuring projects are customer-focused, well-governed, and completed on time, within budget, and scope.
- Monitor and evaluate project implementation including risk management, benefits realization, stakeholder communication, and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, governance frameworks, and change management activities while reporting progress to the steering committee and ETO leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Life Sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management or transformation operational excellence, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Significant project management experience in complex, multi-functional organizations; experience in CRO, biotech, or regulated environments preferred.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid); PMP, PgMP, Agile certification preferred; ability to interpret legislation, regulations, and local policies.

- Experienced in leading cross-functional transformation projects in complex and regulated environments, ideally CRO or biotech.
- Strong strategic orientation with proven ability to execute, improve processes, and manage risks and cross-team dependencies.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, communication across organizational levels, and driving adoption of new systems and operational changes.
