About This Role
- Develop and deploy AI-enabled workflows and solutions to support strategy, market intelligence, and analytical modeling to drive measurable business impact.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate ambiguous strategic questions into actionable AI-assisted insights and executive decisions.
- Lead AI-augmented research using diverse tools and data sources, and coach strategy teams on AI workflows and adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Data Science, or related analytical field required; advanced degrees (MBA, MS, M-Tech) strongly preferred.
- 3-4+ years experience in AI transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled business building with proven deployment of AI solutions in a business environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint required; Python or equivalent scripting strongly preferred; experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI platform implementation (AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, etc.) required.
- Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise data platforms (e.g., SAP, Databricks) and familiarity with LLM-powered solutions, RAG systems, and AI-enabled knowledge management preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building 0-to-1 AI-enabled strategic solutions and analytics workflows in corporate or consulting environments, ideally with forward deployed engineering or AI-native consulting background.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with ability to translate AI outputs into practical business decisions and influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Operates with high ownership, delivering end-to-end AI-based strategy solutions with rigorous validation and coaching capability to scale AI adoption.
