About This Role
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex, large-scale SaaS programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Drive program management excellence by managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation across multiple programs.
- Provide strategic guidance through data-driven analysis and industry trend insights to influence organizational decisions and outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role delivering complex software projects in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps.
- Hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
