Experienced in developing production AI systems that balance user value, reliability, and operational challenges such as hallucinations and context management.
Able to lead technical enablement by mentoring developers through code reviews, workshops, and paired programming to build sustainable AI engineering practices within the team.
Strong collaborative orientation to work across product, engineering, analytics, architecture, and platform teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and platform standards.
