Lead development and delivery of enterprise-grade software platforms for end-to-end cell therapy operations, including a Salesforce-based Cell Orchestration system.
Own software delivery lifecycle incorporating DevSecOps and automation to ensure compliant, scalable, and secure systems in regulated environments (GxP, HIPAA, FDA, GDPR).
Drive technology strategy and integration across Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, AWS, MuleSoft, event streaming (Kafka), and agentic AI to enable complex healthcare supply chains and automation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
12+ years software development experience with 5+ years in leadership roles within life sciences, biotech, or manufacturing IT.
Experience managing Salesforce environments and multi-cloud implementations in regulated contexts (GxP, HIPAA, FDA).
Work Experience Required: 12+ years with 5+ years leadership in relevant fields; Location: Chennai, India (onsite/in-person minimum 3 days/week).
