Skilled at running business process workshops and translating outcomes into functional and technical specs as well as managing executive stakeholders.
Familiar with multi-tenant SaaS delivery, cloud migrations, enterprise SaaS operations, and modern integration/data platforms; comfortable mentoring teams and knowledge transfer.
