About This Role
- Provide exception-based orchestration and maintain a connected view of an R&D portfolio's commitments, dependencies, risks, capacity, and readiness in partnership with Product and Engineering Pillar Leaders.
- Establish and continuously improve portfolio metrics, governance, AI-enabled workflows, and reporting to strengthen portfolio visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Coach Product and Engineering teams in Agile practices and facilitate cross-team coordination, risk escalation, and leadership decision support within the R&D pillar.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Portfolio, Program, or Technical Program Management or related roles within SaaS or technology environments.
- Experience managing portfolios spanning multiple teams and leading portfolio governance frameworks and executive review forums.
- Proven expertise in Agile coaching or equivalent certifications (ICP-ACC, CSP, CSM, PSM, SAFe SPC/Agilist) and working knowledge of Productboard, Jira, Confluence, and BI platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
