About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of automated compliance testing and continuous evidence collection pipelines across cloud and internal systems.
- Own and integrate GRC platforms (e.g., Drata) with custom API connectors and workflow automations to reduce manual effort and keep compliance data current.
- Develop, deploy, and govern AI-native GRC workflows and agentic systems, defining compliance policies and controls for AI deployment before audit requirements emerge.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years in GRC, information security, risk management, or IT audit, preferably in SaaS or cloud-native environments.
- Proficient with security frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls; working knowledge of ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
- Hands-on experience with GRC platforms (Drata, Vanta, AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) including their compliance tooling (CSPM, SIEM, identity platforms).
- Strong coding skills (Python or equivalent) for building integrations and automation pipelines; demonstrated professional AI/LLM tool use for workflow automation.
