About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical engineering epics, managing planning, execution, release, and closure.
- Manage multiple engineering teams ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and dependencies are controlled and delivery is predictable.
- Coordinate across engineering leads, architects, product and business stakeholders to break down initiatives, manage risks, track progress, and provide executive-level communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience with significant technical project/program management and engineering delivery background.
- Experience managing large, complex technology programs or epics involving multiple teams and dependencies.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, release management, backlog management, and delivery tracking.
- Must be able to work onsite in Vadodara (Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically credible with strong engineering delivery background and experience managing software development teams end-to-end.
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex technical initiatives, bring clarity to ambiguity, and drive multi-team delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage both engineering teams in detail and senior stakeholders with outcome-focused updates.
