About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems using Go, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Kafka.
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack ensuring service reliability and performance.
- Support engineering standards, tooling, testing processes, and contribute to improvements in organizational engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficient in Golang (Go) development, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Kafka.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
- Location: Candidates from Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore; work mode is onsite/hybrid depending on location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and maintaining large-scale, critical production systems with high attention to quality and detail.
- Capable of independently managing projects with general supervision in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
- Familiar with modern software development tools including version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks, and open to continual learning.
