About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, deployment, and management of Microsoft Intune infrastructure and Windows Autopilot for global device fleet.
- Serve as primary L3 escalation for complex endpoint management, security compliance, and co-management issues between SCCM and Intune.
- Lead SCCM (MECM) to Intune migration, security policy enforcement, and automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years total IT experience with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Intune administration.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable education mandatory.
- Expertise in Intune, SCCM, application packaging and deployment, endpoint security configurations, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Work location: Coimbatore; work timing: 12 PM – 9 PM; willingness to work off-business hours/on-call as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex Microsoft endpoint management environments including co-management with SCCM/MECM and migration projects.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for Intune, Windows 10/11, M365, and application deployment failures.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced global IT service teams with an ability to handle escalation and maintain compliance/security across multi-platform endpoints.
