About This Role
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Data teams early to review and challenge requirements ensuring testability and coverage of real customer journeys.
- Design and implement automated tests across API, UI, performance, and end-to-end layers using tools like C#, Playwright, NBomber, and JMeter.
- Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and release readiness assessments while maintaining test evidence aligned to ISO9001 and SOC2 standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing or development with strong automation experience.
- Proficient in writing automated API and UI tests using C#, Playwright, or similar.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as NBomber or JMeter.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and test lifecycle practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing SaaS web applications across multiple browsers with a user-centric, risk-aware approach to quality.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into test strategies and risk assessments in a cloud-native environment (AWS experience is a plus).
- Capable of collaborating cross-functionally and driving defect prevention and release confidence with traceability under compliance frameworks.
