About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, including attended and unattended bots and orchestration.
- Drive innovation by integrating AI-powered automation, Intelligent Document Processing, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions, including AI assistants and chatbots.
- Develop and implement machine learning models, API integrations with enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, etc.), and build automation dashboards and monitoring capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years total experience in relevant fields.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related discipline; Master's preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, AI Center.
- Hands-on Python development experience for AI/ML; experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-grade RPA and Hyperautomation delivery with combined AI/ML and GenAI expertise.
- Skilled in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and development of AI agents for business process automation.
- Able to manage complex integrations with major enterprise applications and cloud platforms (notably Microsoft Azure).
