Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and lead mid to large-scale HR projects under timelines and pressure.
Skilled communicator able to interact effectively across organizational levels and with multiple stakeholders, with experience in presenting complex information clearly and structured.
