Proficient programming skills (6+ years) in Python and/or JavaScript; experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experienced in managing and optimizing large-scale, mission critical systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills with ability to lead incident response in 24/7 on-call rotations.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and implementing operational best practices in fast-paced environments.
