About This Role
- Support development, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of Engineering Operations Service (EOS) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) capabilities across sites and regions.
- Maintain process frameworks, documentation, and governance related to Engineering and Facilities Management standards; drive consistency and operational maturity globally.
- Analyze operational data and support leadership decision-making; lead COE safety programs and standardize certification processes network-wide.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Life Sciences, Information Systems, Business Operations, or related field.
- 5-9 years relevant experience in operations, facilities, maintenance, engineering systems, digital systems, data management, business process improvement, or program coordination.
- Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad and collaborate globally across time zones.
- Work Experience Required: 5-9 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience driving process standardization, governance, and operational excellence in engineering or facilities environments.
- Data-driven with skills in analytics, reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), and system platforms (SharePoint, CMMS/EAM).
- Comfortable working in regulated environments, supporting compliance and audit readiness, with ability to influence across global stakeholders.
