About This Role
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday Benefits plans and business processes including eligibility rules, enrollment events, and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality delivery of Workday Benefits solutions.
- Manage and execute testing activities (unit, integration, UAT, regression) and support benefit-related integrations with third-party vendors and systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5 to 9 years of experience configuring, enhancing, and maintaining Workday HCM and Benefits modules.
- Strong knowledge of Benefits Eligibility, Benefit Plans, Enrollment Events, Coverage Rules, Benefit Groups, and Benefits Business Processes.
- Experience with Benefits, Absence, and Payroll modules including understanding of payroll impacts, deductions, and integrations.

- Experienced in managing complex Workday Benefits configurations and business process optimizations within large organizations.
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver integrated Workday solutions.
- Skilled in executing end-to-end testing and documentation to ensure high-quality benefit administration and system support.
