About This Role
- Manage and improve endpoint user experience, stability, and performance by identifying use cases and driving automation initiatives using Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack tools.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, create success plans, roadmaps, and value realization documents to align with customer business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between vendor and client while managing vendor and stakeholder relationships and providing cross-functional support.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years managing endpoint tools like Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack.
- Must hold Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, or SysTrack Platform Foundation Administrator certificates.
- ITIL Foundation certification required.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of education; proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in endpoint management with strong technical skills in DEX tools and automation.
- Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management with excellent communication and analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Able to operate effectively in heterogeneous environments with experience in problem hunting and data-driven decision making aligned to client business goals.
