About This Role
- Own end-to-end business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Project, Development, QA) to support solution design, testing, and implementation in an Agile environment.
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities and provide data-driven insights through reports and dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- MBA degree is mandatory.
- Must have experience in business analysis including creating detailed functional documentation and conducting stakeholder interactions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with project management and data analysis tools.

- Experienced in translating complex business requirements into clear functional specifications within corporate or divisional business settings.
- Comfortable working in Agile methodology environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups including technical and business teams.
