About This Role
- Develop and manage complex financial models and project evaluations for renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS) to assess profitability, returns, and risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to support greenfield project evaluation, commercial analysis of PPAs, and regulatory impact assessments.
- Support fundraising, due diligence, investor reporting, and preparation of investment committee materials with accurate data and presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of financial modelling experience.
- Experience in Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Indian renewable energy market, regulations, and PPA structures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced financial analyst with strong expertise in renewable energy project economics and cash flow modelling across Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS technologies.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment involving project development, commercial, and regulatory teams.
- Skilled in interpreting Indian power market trends, tariff models, and conducting sensitivity/scenario analyses to inform decision-making.
