About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design and development of next-gen software for Logitech’s desktop peripherals using modern C++, owning architecture and alignment across Mac and Windows platforms.
- Provide technical leadership by overseeing complex projects, setting coding standards, mentoring engineers, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration for feature delivery and software-firmware integration.
- Drive quality, performance, and scalability of software; chair technical reviews; guide agile processes to maintain productivity and innovation within the engineering team.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive software development experience including recent technical leadership or team lead role.
- Expert-level proficiency in C++14/17 and strong object-oriented programming skills.
- Experience developing desktop applications for Mac and Windows, with commercial software-hardware integration expertise, especially Human Interface Device (HID) protocols and firmware update management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent industry experience with technical leadership considered.
