About This Role
- Lead design, development, configuration, and support of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
- Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, business rules, and perform platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide L3 technical support, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform customizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and transitions.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex ServiceNow environments end-to-end, including integrations and platform governance.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Able to drive automation initiatives and mentor junior staff within an enterprise IT service context.
