About This Role
- Oversee and conduct confidential compliance investigations including data reviews, interviews, and drafting investigation reports.
- Manage complaint intake via hotline and compliance mailbox ensuring timely, appropriate follow-ups and secure case documentation.
- Assist in development of compliance training materials and reporting investigation metrics to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree or PGDM or CA, LLB/LLM mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of investigation experience in auditing firms or with an MNC.
- Ability to handle multiple investigations simultaneously with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Work across multiple time zones; cultural sensitivity required.

- Experienced in structured compliance investigations in corporate or auditing environments with proven root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.
- Skilled at integrating data analysis with interviews to form logical, evidence-based conclusions under confidentiality.
- Familiar with compliance tools and able to collaborate with global integrity teams and senior management effectively.
