About This Role
- Lead business readiness and change management strategies ensuring successful implementation of transformation initiatives in Wholesale Lending Operations.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Client Readiness, Operational Readiness & Technology Delivery to ensure seamless transition of technology projects into Business As Usual (BAU).
- Manage risk, resistance to change, and provide guidance to business stakeholders to embed change and meet strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in BFSI domain, specifically with proven knowledge of Corporate or Markets Processes.
- Experience working closely with IT, Transformation & Change teams, and stakeholder management at all levels.
- Location requirement: This role is based out of Noida.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader or subject matter expert with experience leading complex, multi-year transformation and change initiatives in wholesale lending or banking operations.
- Strong collaboration skills working across business, technology, and operational teams aligning change management with project delivery.
- Familiar with Agile and other project methodologies, with knowledge of automation testing and lending products considered advantageous.
