About This Role
- Manage and support ERP Finsys including resolving user queries and issues to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including office computers, printers, LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, networking systems, and CCTV surveillance systems (NVR/DVR).
- Coordinate with vendors for ERP, CCTV, hardware and other IT services; maintain IT asset records, access permissions, backups, and ensure IT security and system availability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant IT experience.
- Graduation or Diploma in IT or Computer Science (BCA, B.Tech, MCA accepted).
- Experience with ERP (preferably Finsys), hardware, networking, and CCTV systems.
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in IT operations and support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end IT operations including ERP systems and IT infrastructure in an office environment.
- Skilled at vendor coordination and handling IT security with focus on minimizing downtime.
- Comfortable managing both software (ERP) and hardware (network, CCTV, devices) aspects of IT infrastructure.
