About This Role
- Manage end-to-end destination operations specializing in Maldives and Mauritius, ensuring seamless execution of itineraries and guest requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships including hoteliers, resort teams, and DMCs to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Negotiate competitive hotel rates and value-added benefits, coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational challenges promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in destination operations with a focus on Maldives and Mauritius.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Strong expertise in hotel/resort operations for Maldives and Mauritius is mandatory.
- Location: New Delhi, Connaught Place (onsite requirement).

- Proven operational knowledge and hands-on experience managing destination-specific procedures for Maldives and Mauritius.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management to secure competitive pricing and maintain margins.
