Work Location: Hyderabad or Chennai.
Experience in project-based IT hiring and volume recruitment with track record of achieving recruitment closures.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving vendor accountability and delivery under tight timelines.
Proven ability to independently own recruitment requirements through vendor engagement to successful closure.
