About This Role
- Build, manage, and expand recruitment vendor network for IT hiring across multiple regions including India, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East.
- Manage end-to-end vendor recruitment cycle from requirement allocation through to successful candidate joining, driving monthly closure targets.
- Monitor and improve vendor performance based on CV quality, turnaround time, conversion rates, and maintain vendor relationships and commercial terms.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in IT Recruitment, Staffing, Vendor Management, or Recruitment Agency Management.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies and recruitment processes.
- Proven experience managing multiple recruitment agencies or staffing vendors with a vendor network across India, Singapore, Malaysia and/or Middle East preferred.
- Work Location: Hyderabad or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in project-based IT hiring and volume recruitment with track record of achieving recruitment closures.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving vendor accountability and delivery under tight timelines.
- Proven ability to independently own recruitment requirements through vendor engagement to successful closure.
