About This Role
- Manage daily operations of the Planview platform including intake tracking, issue resolution, configuration, and governance escalation.
- Maintain high data quality and process discipline across portfolio planning objects such as initiatives, financials, and licensing.
- Produce and support operational reporting and dashboards; monitor platform usage and lead process improvements to enhance user adoption and governance compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting planning operations, portfolio management, or similar business systems.
- Experience with Planview or similar PPM tools, including data quality maintenance and user support.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, process documentation, and continuous improvement in business operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Planview operations, including licensing, user/admin setup, and system administration within governance frameworks.
- Skilled in integration error handling and manual data updates related to organizational hierarchies, resources, and cost centers.
- Proficient in supporting release readiness activities such as SIT, UAT, hypercare, training, and change management to drive platform adoption.
