Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python, AWS Bedrock, Power Automate, AWX/Ansible, ServiceNow, with focus on operational efficiency and platform stability.
Lead L2/L3 incident resolution, perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve service reliability.
Minimum Requirements
2–5 years experience in automation engineering, infrastructure operations, software development, or related technical fields.
Strong hands-on experience with automation technologies including Python, AWS services, Power Automate, ServiceNow, AWX/Ansible or similar.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Familiarity with hybrid-cloud environments and cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced automation engineer comfortable handling end-to-end delivery and incident management in fast-paced environments.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and deliver scalable, secure automation solutions.
Familiar with cloud-first strategies, AI-driven automation technologies, and operational risk management.
