Experience with Workday and global payroll providers (e.g., ADP, CloudPay, Workday Payroll) preferred; certification in Payroll (e.g. CIPP) or process improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is advantageous.
Experienced leader capable of managing complex global payroll operations involving multiple vendors and service delivery models.
Skilled in stakeholder management with ability to influence globally across virtual and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Proactive in leveraging data analytics, driving continuous improvement, and leading change in complex, regulated environments.
