Experienced leader with strong knowledge of derivatives trading operations and complex financial reconciliations, capable of managing a multi-disciplinary global team.
Strategic thinker with a controllership mindset, able to perform deep dive analyses and maintain tight controls while driving efficiency and digital transformation.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management skills, able to influence across trading, finance, risk, IT, and other global business partners.
